With over 30 years of poultry breeding, rearing and processing experience, owner Bruce Cuddy set out to become a leading commercial supplier of commercial turkey hatching eggs.  After 25 years as COO of the world’s largest commercial turkey hatching egg producer, Bruce decided to start his own new company.  The new company would focus on the highest of performance and low overhead costs.  Bruce knew that the future growth in the hatching egg supply business meant partnering with Elites customers.
