Our poultry hatchery facilities are truly a breed apart!
Elite’s breeding stocks are situated on large, isolated, and fully self-contained farms. All of our poultry hatcheries are designed to allow maximum airflows and ideal temperatures thereby creating the ideal comfort zone for our stock. To further ensure isolation and disease control, our employees live in housing supplied to them on each farm. No cross contamination exists within our systems. Elite conforms to a strict All In All Out program where by each hatcher for poultry is completely cleaned and sanitized after each flock cycle. Buildings and equipment are then left vacant for a minimum break period, and are tested for residual bacteria prior to restocking.
Elite operates within a brooding, growing, laying, and stud farm program, where birds are housed in specific, environmentally controlled facilities which provide the optimum surroundings for their stage of growth and development. In this system Elite’s management can assure our breeding stock is given the acute attention to detail ensuring growth, health and breeding performance.
Flocks are monitored weekly by our internal health management team as well as the USDA veterinarian inspectors for both domestic and export approval.
